Ronald Rudin heads up this SSHRC-funded project and served as producer and researcher for Unnatural Landscapes. His book dealing with the history and legacy of the Maritime Marshland Rehabilitation Administration is nearing completion. He is a professor emeritus in the Department of History and the Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling at Concordia University in Montreal. This project grows out of his interest in the cultural and environmental history of Atlantic Canada. These interests were also central to his 2016 book, the prize-winning, Kouchibouguac: Removal, Resistance, and Remembrance at a Canadian National Park, and the accompanying website, Returning the Voices to Kouchibouguac National Park.
